"I tried exchanging slippers a few months ago. They were a gift. They didn't have my size so their employee told me to come back. I told him I dihave a receipt and asked if that was still possible. He said since it was just an exchange it would be fine. I ended up coming back another 3 times and the last time I went They told me they didn't have them and they had to put their shipment on hold. Today I went and the manager on duty had a very rude attitude with me since the beginning and said no. I tried explaining the situation but she still said it was my fault for not coming back and return them earlier even though I said I came 3 times prior. She was rude and did not have any patience to listen to what I had to say. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to go buy there again because their shoes might be ok but their employees are not professional at all."

"This store allowed a lowlife credit card thief to run four separate transactions totaling over $1200 on my credit card in less than 10 minutes. You’d think the cashier might lift an eye brow to the signed credit card he/she is swiping and not checking ID or even asking a name on it. I tried to call the store but got nowhere. Sad excuse in todays world of identity theft. Thank goodness Visa got my back, not this sad excuse of a retail shoe store. Shop elsewhere for shoes, there’s plenty of other places with reputable employees."
