"I came in with a dog having an ear infection and left a few says later with a dog that has a respiratory infection. Anyone else have this issue? We went in the 19th of Jan. They did the best they could though and things have slowly gotten better except my two dogs are sharing the infection."

"One of the worst vets I have been to in my entire life. They rack up the charges during the office visit, don’t tell you the prices of things and then when it comes time to pay, are unwilling to do a payment plan, or even defer payment for 3 days until payday. Not only that but I paid 150 dollars to get my dogs stool tested as there were physical worms seen coming out of my puppy, and they couldn’t even identify worms in the sample, and just dismissed my concerns completely. Please take your fur babies somewhere else that actually has the best interest of you and your fur baby. Update: office manager also totally unhelpful and instead of trying to solve the issue just recommended I go to a different vet. This place is shady and the staff is rude and unhelpful. Do better or find better employees. Sketchy business"

"My dog is blind and deaf so I am pretty picky about the care she receives…They have by far given my dogs the best treatment for the best price out of any vet in the area. They really take their time to hear out your concerns and thoroughly investigate your pets. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"I've been going to Aloha Dog and Cat since 1999. Even after we relocated from Aloha to Hillsboro, we've continued going to Aloha Dog and Cat despite the longer commute. The staff is amazing ( the veterinarians, as well as the techs and the front staff). I always feel like my dogs are getting the very best of the best care. They truly love all three of our dogs (and previously our two cats who have now passes). They know them each by name."

"Our sweet cat experienced a scary seizure at 4:30am this week. We called Aloha Cat & Dog immediately and easily got the number for urgent care from their voicemail. Urgent Care was full, but said we it probably wasn’t urgent-urgent and we could wait for our vet to open. We left a 5am message with Aloha Cat & Dog and right at 8am when they opened we got a call back to bring our cat in as soon as we could. They were so very empathetic and compassionate, yet very professional over the phone, asking carefully for a play-by-play of what we saw, and expressing their concern and empathy about the situation. We felt heard, understood and taken care of. They didn’t have any open appointments that day but would try to see him between visits. This made us nervous since he’s an anxious kitty and vet visits are tough. They heard us on this, too, and within an hour of dropping him off the vet called us. She had spent time with our boy, and carefully asked us more questions about what we saw, assured us of what she could, and ran every test we gave the okay to run. When we picked our guy up, the whole office was so charismatic and reassuring. And within a day blood tests were back and the vet called to check in, sharing what she could as test results rolled in, and making additional recommendations—even emailing us cat neurology consultation info. We have felt so cared for by this team in every way. We could not recommend them enough."
