"Brian came out today and began troubleshooting our Carrier (2017) furnace that had a thermostat that kept rebooting. He discovered the previous HVAC company did not have the blower speed correct, and the gas pressure was also too high, and I had too many vents closed. This guy is a HVAC brain surgeon when it comes to understanding all the various nuances of these systems. He explained nearly painfully, every step he took as my system threw him a few curve balls. (Which was causing him to "have to think" as he put it humorously). Beyond the great prices, this is just a rock-solid person/business who does the right thing for the customer. We have been to hell and back with other HVAC companies and now have a repeat customer (if he decides not to retire). Plus, his sense of humor was also a welcomed bonus. "Called Crystal and Randy actually answered the phone! He was just finishing a job and agreed to come by at 3. He was here at 3. He quickly troubleshot my AC and had the necessary parts on the truck to fix it. He also went through my Air-handler to make sure everything was good. Within an hour and half he was done and the AC was working great! Highly recommend Crystal Air Systems! Yay Randy!"
