"Scheduling issues in grooming. You make an appointment, then a couple days later they call you and tell you they can’t do it. It has happened to me several times (twice in a row most recently) at this location. When you call, the phone rings and rings until you bounce back to the front end of the store. When you do get a grooming employee on the phone they are condescending and rude. It makes me begin to question how they treat the dogs when you aren’t there. Grooming is VERY expensive here- I used to come only for the convenience. There are tons of small local & independently owned groomers around- I just found a new one I love from google. Cheaper, faster and didn’t cancel my appointment. I won’t be back to Petco for grooming. Edited to add: To her credit, the manager of the actual store was nice on the phone but she mentioned several times that grooming was actually separate, and not directly under her charge."
