"First time I went here and dropped my white comforter off for cleaning. Picked up and haven’t put it back on my bed for a few days. When I finally opened it, there was a giant hole in the top with what looks like discoloring around it. And several other holes around it. I messaged the owner on website and that was a few weeks ago and no response or accountability. Super disappointed in this place and now my comforter is ruined. I have dry cleaned this comforter several times elsewhere and never had this issue. And nobody thought to call and tell me."
