"Total scam. I thought they were Atlas Moving and Storage, had too much going on at the time. 1. they lied about being local, found out day before move they're not and had hired a subcontractor who I have no info about. 2. Changed our move date with less than 48 hours notice. It was Easter week and they "had no idea" that Latinos often take Santa Semana off so they realized they weren't going to have movers. Started dodging calls then. We missed our in person closing and walk through, otherwise we would have missed the deadline to be out of our house. On move day, 4.They said we had items not on the inventory and couldn't start loading the truck until we agree to an additional $1,200, I think. The paperwork is like a shell game so I can't even tell how much they added on. 5. When they showed up is the first time they said the balance had to be paid with a cashier's check, not cash or credit card. That made the scam part totally clear but at that point you have no options. I think they also charged for more packing materials and then, of course, left without cleaning up the empty tape rolls etc which is just insult to injury. I'm so furious, I don't want anyone else getting taken by them."

"A total joke of a company - lies and no consideration of our property. Adjusted price higher, broke a majority of our stuff and can not be fixed. loaded In one truck held onto it obviously loaded it into another with multiple loads… when arrived did not allow for reconciliation on goods no space to note damage or loss and was dropped off by a different company who was sub contracted. Nearly 8 people and supervisor loaded in WA then the sub company 2 people who were over worked and tired from multiple loads … get a lawyer if you want to use these folks cause they will use you! And bust all your belongings!"

"Worse experience ever. No one to contact to have information on where your furniture would be. 98% of my furniture has been damaged. When unloading the truck doors open up and I see my Harley on its side and it went down hill from there. The crew dropped sofas and…and to top it off at the took the blankets off and piled my wood furniture raw on each other."

"Never use this company they are the worst moving company I have ever used. Moved from Washington to GA in November 2021, it took 3”2 months to arrive. Promised 2 -3 weeks. When 2 bedroom furniture arrived, almost everything was damaged, they were packed well and the movers in WA did a good job packing. Missing TV, garden tool and other items as boxes were torn and wet, moldy. Someone left all my items in rain. I had $8k items and it cost me $4,600 to move. This is gone down the drain. I filed a claim, today I received $15 for the loss. I am furious about how poorly they handled my move and there is no customer service. I am going to reach out to BB and consulting a lawyer. Beware of them! They guys dropped was in a hurry and did not speak English. The company needs to take responsibility for their actions."

"What a nightmare! I would never ever use this company again or recommend it to my friends. I feel we got robbed by these folks! There is a lot to talk about, but I will keep it short here: - The salesperson was really friendly, polite, and responsive, and that’s where they hook you up! Be aware!!! - They missed the delivery date twice. - I checked my inventory with the agent weekly by VIDEO CALL, but the driver lied to me that I had 100 cu.ft. extra during the pickup., but when I showed him the proof, he said then just give us some tips!!!! Liars! - They missed the delivery date twice, and customer service/ dispatch is just telling you we cannot do anything about it! - On the delivery date, no mover showed up to unload the stuff. - After back and forth with the customer service driver started unloading himself. - Believe it or not, after a few hours, I got involved and started unloading!!!!! - I had to help the driver to re-assemble the furniture, which at the end he left us with un-assembled stuff!!!!!!!! - They have charged me an extra $150 for long carry at the destination (from truck to doorstep); however, according to the driver is not even 70 feet – which must be included in the original estimate!!! Long story short, I read all the five stars reviews and decided to call them, but PLEASE, PLEASE, AND PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and DO NOT GET FOOLED!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! Bottom line, I paid more and also worked as a mover!!!!"
