"I just switched over to Brooklyn Pharmacy from a national chain. I was so tired of the terrible service and frustrations I experienced at my previous pharmacy. I researched locally owned pharmacies and had my doctor send over my prescriptions. The lovely folks at Brooklyn Pharmacy immediately called me upon receiving the scripts from my doctor, have been incredibly friendly, and kept me updated about the status of my prescription being delayed. It’s been so nice to be able to actually get someone on the phone when I call rather than fighting with a phone tree, leaving messages, and never getting a callback from my previous pharmacy. I didn’t even realize there were local options available or I would have come here much sooner! Ditch the national chains and support local!"

"The best pharmacy in the city. During the pandemic, most other pharmacies became short-staffed to the point of barely functioning. Nobody would pick up the phone, scripts would’t get filled in a timely manner or sometimes not at all, and forget about any sort of communication about what was happening behind the scenes. Brooklyn pharmacy is a testament to supporting local businesses that care about their clients and their employees. Everyone from the staff to the pharmacists go out of their way to help you, and promptly communicate if any issues arise. Even if I moved across town I would make the drive to continue working with Brooklyn Pharmacy"
