Rite Aid Pharmacy

"Well I fully understand, and even have sympathy for, establishments such as Rite Aid during this wonderful and complicated period and US history, I don't have sympathy for staff members that take their frustrations out on random customers. Maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe they really did change a specific policy within the last 2 weeks. All I know is that when I asked for the product I wanted to purchase I was told the only option would be to buy the larger version because they no longer sold the individual items. The look on their face when I said that I would pay for the large package, combined with the fact that they were unwilling to engage in any sort of polite conversation with me as well, is what told me they were judging me for some reason. But who knows right, maybe I'm just being extra sensitive."

"They ask you to make an appointment for a vaccine, then make you wait over an hour, with no hint of how much longer it'll take. Thanks for wasting a ton of my time. Go somewhere else."

"Wow, this pharmacy is awful. Not only do they take a very long time, but they are really rude when you ask how much longer it would be. They decided to take "lunch" after they took my RX. I asked them to transfer my Rx to a different Rite Aid because I couldn't wait another hour. They did, but the woman bad mouthed me to the other rite aid pharmacist!!! She told him I was very rude and shouldn't fill my order quickly because I was rude to her!! I was not rude, I was frustrated. I waited so long, but I was kind when I asked my Rx to be transferred. I feel it is very poor customer service to tell another store to delay your Rx because I didn't want to wait the extra hour for them to take lunch. I have tried to use them again a few times as the pharmacy is the closest and would be the most convenient. However, every time, there are issues, delays, or a huge line that doesn't move."

"Pharmacy closed for lunch. While they have employees working n back not on lunch. That isn't something made clear when searching online. Also wouldn't even receive my order while they were on "lunch" working. Just another lame thing about many s.e locations for just about any retail stores very unhappy won't be back here"

"The staff have a huge workload and remain kind, patient and as helpful as the RiteAid system allows. 5 stars for them, but minus 3 stars for RiteAid systems. I have yet to get any RX for any members of my family in less than 45 minutes and usually longer and involves calls to insurance etc because somehow they keep declining me over my birthdate, which is correct on my insurance, in my doctor's records and their computer system. That's not the biggest problem though. Many times I have shown up for me or other family members and there was some problem with the insurance (having switched insurance they didn't have it yet in their system once, my birthday thing twice now and an unknown issue with my husband's) and even though I waited until it was supposed to be ready - it wasn't because I was not notified that there was an issue. It does not seem that hard to send me a text RiteAid, I'm signed up for your texts. But then again they took several attempts at fixing my phone number in the system as well. Every time I had them fix it they said it was updated.... But it wasn't. Looking for a new pharmacy now. Bye, Rite Aid. At least at Safeway I can be productive while I wait 45min to 1hr+."
