"Updated - December 2023 - nothing has changed or gotten better while living here. This place is absolutely disgusting and is by far the worst living experience I have ever had. Living in this building has been so god awful that I’ll be permanently moving out of Tacoma, and will likely never come back. -My mail has been stolen/gone missing -The residents living here are aggressive and hostile in the parking lot. God forbid you have to drive around the corner at the same time as they do, they'll honk and stare and wave their arms all over their car -Bedroom power/circuit breaker issue - we literally didn't have elctricity in our main bedroom for the first two weeks of living here -Walls are uneven/crooked by design - you can see it with the naked eye, but if you try to hang something up or put it in a corner, it becomes even more obvious -Sink faucet fell apart -Refridgerator seal broke, have to move it every time we close the door -Gun shots weekly. Last week, my partner woke up to somebody being shot 19 times outside the apartment building -Constant sirens, car noises, and sound systems blaring -Upstairs neighbors watering their plants has destroyed my partner's plants with excessive overwatering and blatant disregard to their surroundings. Our neighbor is literally dumping trash over their balcony and onto ours. -Internet/router was dead when we moved in -Elevator is going down constantly -Hallway cooling issue - fans are going constantly, it's like 95 degrees in there? -Trash/recycling situation is atrocious. They're both getting clogged constantly, and there's just massive pile ups of trash happening in the trash chutes every week, which is a disgusting safety hazard -If you try to stick something to the wall, like double sided tape (so you can hang something up without drilling holes), whatever your'e sticking will not stick - it'll just fall off -Can't open the windows all the way to put in an air conditioner -My partner's parking spot was sold twice, so when I showed up and somebody was parking there - it was a really awkward situation/confrontation, and now it's kind of weird whenever I see those people (who are my neighbors and I still see almost daily) -I sent apartment staff my renter's insurance upon moving in, and 3 months later I got a massive packet in the mail showing that I had still been signed up for renter's insurance through a different company. This happened a second time 6 months later. -There were additional "vacant electric" charges that mysteriously appeared on our bill with no explanation. Staff removed this after being questioned about it. -Our neighbor's front door got egged, and he went around accusing everybody of it. It's 3 days later, and the egg yolk is still there"

"Pros. Megan did an amazing job showing us around. The units all looked clean and very well built. They have a pet washing station in the garage and a gym on the first floor. The walls are very well insulated which is a huge plus and the views are amazing. They also have secure parking. The first floor has a really cool industrial look to it."
