"Literally the worst place to live. Do not rent here. The management team is the most lazy and unprofessional I’ve ever seen. Repairs will take months or will never be fixed. Management rarely answers any phone calls. They Just provide generic copy and paste response to all the negative reviews they receive and call it a “productive” day I bet. They’ll keep all your security deposit even if you left the place CLEANER than when you moved in. Unit was dirty upon move in."

"Lived here for about 3 years under the old management company. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Rent went up like clockwork every year and nothing changed in the complex. Things actually got worse as the office was only open 2 days/week after a period of time. The recycling bins were eventually removed because residents kept putting non-recyclable items in them. Dumpster overflows regularly (the stench during the summer is indescribable) and nobody cleans up after their dogs. Outdated fixtures and appliances. When our washer/dryer (15+ years old) finally broke beyond repair (they were able to fix it 3 times prior), it took almost a month to get a replacement. The bedrooms are very small. Our third "bedroom" was practically a glorified closet. Also, I hope you like big, ugly tile because your countertops, bathroom floors, and bathroom counters all utilize the same tile. You are charged a "cleaning fee" up on move out, yet, the unit was quite dirty upon move in--they hadn't even cleaned the carpets! Pretty much the only positive is how solidly built the units are. I pretty much never heard my neighbors through the walls. The mall is super close (with in walking distance), too. Take your BAH elsewhere."

"Its a nice place to live but they keep raising the prices and quite honestly its not worth what they are renting at now. I have been here since 2012 and rents gone up 5 times already. All of our good neighbirs have moved or are moving. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up. Oh, including the high prices, so rent is a certain amount and then you also have to pay water garbage and sewage... There's only one maintanence guy but he's amazing, I just feel bad cuz well he's one person and only here a couple times a week. There are a lot of houses... The manager is awesome, absolutely love her, but the company itself is not worth the time. They'd rather charge up the yahoo and have loyal tenants have to leave than keep prices reasonable. So if you do move here, know that your rent amount was 10x cheaper not only 4 years ago, but 6 months ago as well. Update: maintanence guy is gone. New one creeps me out."
