"The manager, Michelle, is one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with during my long renting history. We collaborated easily on the paperwork through email and phone calls before the tour and lease signing in person. This made the process that can normally take multiple weeks, only take a week or so. Hugely appreciated. I will check back in after I have moved in and lived here for a month or so."

"Lived here for about two years and don't have any complaints. The room is very spacious for the price and I have never had issues with the cleanliness of the building. The laundry machines must be built tough since there is only the one per building that gets used by everyone, but has never broken down."

"Lived here for awhile and I have too say it's not worth looking into. Rat infested. When manager was notified, she said she'll get someone out to take care of the rat problem. Notified her again and she stopped by and dropped off old wooden rat traps with peanut butter on it that didn't work. We needed to buy a lot of sticky traps on our expense and cough a rat on every trap for 6 months and problem was never solved. My cars was broken into twice with cameras facing my parking stall. To find out that cameras are just for looks. You get charged for things that are not broken."

"Hidden gem. Los Altos lives up to it's name. I was amazed when I took a tour of the two bedroom at this property. It was so spacious I couldn't believe it. The extra storage on the balcony is a huge plus. You would think not having a washer and dryer in the units would take away from the apartment but you'd be wrong. Each individual Spanish style building has it's own FREE laundry room. The manager is friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for spacious one or two bedroom with views Los Altos is the place to live."

"On August 2nd my bedroom window was broken. It didn't get fixed until Sept 19th. I was not responsible for the damage and provided a copy of my police report to the property management. They are now trying to evict me over the $200 cost of the window which I refuse to pay. Last Wednesday I was supposed to have a final determination on the issue....it has now been week and I have heard nothing. From August until now I have dealt with 3 different property managers to get this issue resolved, including speaking with Dobler Management's asset manager. I am getting nowhere and at my wits end with these people. I advise anyone looking for a nice place to live to look elsewhere. Aside from paying nearly $900 a month, there is not enough parking for residents even though you pay for it every month! The parking lots are always dirty and there are not enough trash containers to hold everyone's trash. The interior hallways and laundry rooms are barely cleaned. Maintenance repairs are done half ass, if at all....I'm still waiting for them to fix my fridge and slider."
