"I would highly recommend The Stor House self storage in Yelm. The facility is brand new super clean and secure. There is limited access to the facility so your items will be safe. This place also provides military discounts and a free lock and key entry to the facility. The owner is amazing to work with and really helped me out when I got into Yelm late with no place to store my rental truck and trailer. He allowed me to store it over night in the locked area saving me from another two hour drive. If you need storage in the Yelm area this is your place."

"What a FANTASTIC facility! So CLEAN, organized, and SECURE. Even the exterior and landscaping was immaculate! Dawn Hart (assistant manager) was extremely personable, articulate, and explained/demonstrated all the functions, facility features and available amenities throughly and respectfully. Our family is feeling very well taken care of, and know our belongings will be kept clean and safe while stored! 10 out of 10 - HIGHLY recommend!"

"This has been the best storage unit rental experience so far! Jose assisted me upon checking into my new unit, then, the next day I knew I needed more space so Dawn assisted me. Both Jose and Dawn were efficient, helpful and made renting a unit a breeze! Plus, I have access to reserve (2 sizes) moving trucks for the price of gas ( valid ID and Ins of course), how cool is that! Thank you!!!!"

"Let me tell you I came in here today just to inquire about getting a storage unit and I was greeted with nothing but kindness from James and by Dawn. They are two wonderful people that work here in the office we went upstairs. She showed me everything Don showed me many units that I could have the possibility of having and help me choose what would be the best for me in my situation because I had no idea, so this place is clean. Oh my God it’s clean and the people that work here are just fab If you want to rent a place a storage unit where you have great management people in the front I would definitely come here because I have been in places where people They rented anything to you or not and that’s not what it is here. All they want is to make sure that you get the best service they can give you they give you all the information and I just want you to be happy as a customer. how many places can you say I like that anymore, I’ll tell you I can maybe So thank you so much y’all you’re great and I am so glad I came in here and got my storage unit. "I went in today without a clue what I needed but James was more than willing to take his time and explain how it all worked. He walked us through the units and explained what he thought would fit in each unit to ensure we had enough space for what we needed. Definitely recommend this storage facility for friendly staff, great security, and the cleanliness."
