"Don't waste you time here. Tried to start business with this location for community in Roy WA and the owner, Floyd, couldn't be bothered to ever contact us back on multiple occassions. If that's their M.O. then I've dodge a bullet NOT working with Windermere!"

"My wife and I just purchased a home in Washington. Damon Porter is our agent who helped us into our new home. It was not an easy transition from New Hampshire to Washington. We needed to do our home search completely online. Damon made it easy. He was readily available and answered all our questions. He helped us line up a home inspection and found out answers to our many questions. He is a courteous, hard-working professional who ensured our purchase experience was pleasant and that we would be comfortable in our new home. THANKS Damon!"

"Damon helped my parents find their dream home! He went above and beyond to help them in their search. This wasn't easy because my parents were in New Hampshire looking for a retirement home here in Washington...but Damon made it easy and was able to find a home that met their long list of criteria. He was such an excellent agent to work with. Highly recommend."

"I had a property in Yelm that Windermere managed from 2011-2017. The last contract with the renter ended in November 2017 and the property managers became unresponsive regarding putting the property back up for rent. We then chose to sell the home instead and during inspection there were many things found that Yelm Windermere chose not to disclose. A. Renters painted and never painted the room back to neutral color B. Renters left bulk garbage around the property after move-out, even though property managers stated they did a walk through afterwards. Bulk garbage included, Grill and miscellaneous items in the garage. C. Yelm Windermere never disclosed the damage to the property; this was founded during inspection during sale of home. Broken fence, busted sink fixtures and warped siding. I attempted to attach the pictures of the damage but this will not load. As owners, we have lived out of state since 2011 and paid Yelm Windermere to manage the property and have felt them to be extremely unprofessional. Only in the beginning of the long period of business with them, they were professional. Towards the end, the company became disreputable. I made many phone calls to them with no response and sent several emails with no response. This house was built in 2007 and the fence was installed in 2008. Yelm Windermere NEVER reported any damage to the fence or the siding of the home. We had to pay thousands in order to sell the home to correct these damages due to their negligence. And after the house was sold, months later Yelm the only email they ever sent us is a bill for yard clean up, not ONE response to the numerous emails sent to their company. I would not trust Yelm Property managers with a fork, let alone my property. Edit: I also see how the “owner” is responding to posts, but chooses not to respond to this one. Most likely because I pulled their card and the company is well aware of all of the damage to the property that was never communicated to the owners as well as the emails that they chose to be unresponsive to."

"We have worked with Windermere for 14 years. They do an excellent job of balancing the care of homeowner's properties and the tenants of those properties. The business of owning a rental is always risky, but the exceptional staff on both the property management and realtor side of the business provide the confidence that we made the right decision in this investment. They have always ensured our requests are answered in a timely manner and have readily provided the resources we need to manage our investment."
