"I’ve lived here for 7 months and we’re on our 5th management team. They are CONSTANTLY putting notes on our door (7 just last month) so if you travel for work-everyone will know you’re gone since they don’t know what an email is. I’m starting to get concerned with their ability to keep any kind of record since they keep leaving notes for us to claim assigned parking we’re already paying for?? Like how many times do I have to drop off a letter, just look at your record. It’s giving lazy."
"Would give a 0 if possible. They have changed management numerous times from July 2023 to now. They lose accountability of payments and will send you random emails saying that you have a balance. While yes the area is safe. They will try to charge you erroneously I would highly recommend not to stay here."

"These apartments are nice. Recommend 100% . but my upstairs neighbors DO NOT WALK THEIR DOGS . they allow their dogs to do their business all over their porch than flush it out leaving it coming onto our porch which we have to clean up after along with having a stench that attracts flys CONSTANTLY."
