"What a freaking disgrace and disgusting. They didn't even like my review so the reported it and had it taken down or something. I'm Irish don't mess with me I can and will keep makin review after review. They will constantly violate your rights under the Americans disabilities act. They will not listen to you when you are getting harassed. Ik it's your second amendment right to Carry but there is this person who lives there that carries at all times. If you are that afraid then move. You are endangering lives. If they take this review down I will just make another and it will continue. I literally have to move because of management lies to housing authority, there lies in general when you have carpal tunnel and you can not write as it's difficult. THERESA responded to me come on do you hear yourself. There washers and dryers are broken all the time. The elevator is broken occasionally. There is dogs who poop and pee in the lobby. The floors smell like weed. This place needs shut the heck down. I WILL KEEP POSTING REVIEW AFTER REVIEW UNTILL THEY LEARN WHAT FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS. YELLING, VULGAR LANGUAGE MAYBE RUDE BUT ITS YOUR RIGHT UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. AND THEM HAVIN MY REVIEW DELETED IS TRYING TO SHUT ME UP AND SILENCE ME. THEY ARE VIOLATING MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT AND I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT IF I HAVE TO AND SUE FOR LOTS OF MONEY AS THEY WILL VIOLATE YOUR CONSTRUCTIONAL RIGHTS. I PROMISE ONE THING THEY WILL SEE. I WILL AND PROMISE TO COME BACK EVERYDAY FROM OPENING TO CLOSING. AND RECORDING THE BUILDING AND ITSELF FROM A PUBLIC SIDEWALK TO SEE IF THEY ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO VIOLATE MY RIGHTS TO RECORD IN PUBLIC. I BET ANYTHING THEY WILL HAVE THIS REVIEW TAKEN DOWN. AND I WILL TURN AROUND AND POST ANOTHER AS IT IS VIOLATING MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS TO FREE SPEECH."

"This apartment is so terrible; the front office staff are so rude and unhelpful with any requests or questions. During my time here, the elevators were often covered in pet urine, the laundry machines were broken a lot and people stole clothes out of the dryers or packages from the mail room. When I asked about getting video footage or asking what to do in these situations, I was told they wouldn't access the cameras and I had to figure it out on my own. In addition, work orders were slow to get done, and many of the amenities they claimed to have were out of order. Lastly, on move out, there were so many hidden fees that they do not inform you of-- absolutely go over the property checklist with the front office and take a picture of everything!!"

"While no apartment is perfect, management and maintenance have been quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests about my unit. Christina Ayala and Kristina Jones have been super helpful, and they are always very friendly. I've lived here for almost a year now and find that a little empathy goes a long way. They have a lot of tenants. If you're kind and treat people with respect, it is normally reciprocated. Yes, I've had some maintenance issues with my unit, but management is willing to work with you to find a solution. This place does give you a lot of value for your money. I love living in a walkable neighborhood near my chosen family and with views of the sound. It's also close to bus stops and the freeway entrance for commuters. They also have recycling on site, which saves a lot of time. Personally, I am not a huge fan of the Valet trash service since there is a trash chute on every floor. My advice, be kind and send a follow-up email or phone call if you don't hear back right away. Normally, they are good at responding, but sometimes we all get busy."

"For the views of downtown Tacoma and the space provided and available at the Orion your stay here will be in expensively one to remember. With a fully equipped gym, game room, individual personal key guard mailbox room, on site washrooms, and conference room the Orion is your best bet for a rental here in Tacoma. The new management is amazing. They are courteous, welcoming, honest, and they ensure your walk thru and stay as a resident is of the best quality. The maintenance team along with the maintenance manager Andrew do way more than their fare share of the work around the property and in a timely manner. They ensure your leaky faucets, trash chutes, and overall maintenance is taken care of quickly, without hesitation, and without complaint. Since this new management has taken over Mirranda and Christina have gone above and beyond what is expected and necessary as a managerial team to ensure the overall enjoyment, safety, cleanliness, and happiness of The Orion residents."

"Can't rave enough about this apartment building, the amenities, the staff, or the location. The entire building has been newly renovated and the communal spaces as well as the individual apartments are modern and extremely well maintained. The leasing & maintenance staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the move in process. The views from either side of the building, whether of green trees and Wright Park or of Commencement Bay are fantastic. There are even two giant, communal patios downstairs with excellent views of the mountains and the bay. The surrounding area is also a reason to live at The Orion Apartments. You're a 3 minute walk from one of the largest parks in Tacoma, a 5 minute walk from a grocery store, several coffee shops, restaurants, bars, banks, dry cleaners, and only a half hour walk from the waterway. We apartment hunted for more than a month and Orion apartments is not only the most affordable price per month in this area, but they have some of the nicest facilities."
