"My experience with The Fairways has been a mix of good and bad, but every place has it's pros and cons. One of the many pros is one of the leasing agents, Shayna. She was quick to help me with my issues and stayed in communication with me to make sure my issues were being resolved. Her customer service is incredible! The apartments themselves are okay. Like any other older complex, there are bound to be a few issues with the units and such, but maintenance is usually pretty helpful. For the location + price, this is a pretty good complex. Apartment rating: 3.5/5 Shayna: 5/5 !!"

"Amanda was amazing but has since left, I completely understand! The office staff has been very rude, condescending & not helpful. Beware: you get nickel & dimed for little added expenses every month. You pay for trash service that sometimes doesn’t pick up for days, at Christmas time your trash bill doubles because it “weighs more” than previous months (Told by smug office agent Bella). You can’t down size to another apartment, but it’s not in writing despite being told “it’s a policy”. Rent goes up but professionalism and customer service goes down. I like the size & layout of my apartment as well as the view. Gotta weigh pros & cons."

"I had an excellent experience with Taurus, the apartment maintenance man. He efficiently repaired my friend's sink, showcasing great skill and professionalism. His prompt service has positively influenced my decision to consider moving into this apartment."

"Do not move here. They overcharge for “renovated” apartments that they basically just put new carpet into that’s full of loose screws from their maintenance team. They will tow your vehicle if it doesn’t move for three days even if you live there and just tell you there is nothing they can do when you call about it. There maintenance team is completely uneducated on how to do anything properly or in a reasonable amount of time, and your vehicle is not safe there, picture posted is of my truck being broken into even though they claim to have security on premises."

"Update: So I am incredibly upset with the rudeness of the office staff when I called about an issue on the phone. I was told the valet trash was an option not mandatory, which wasn't true. I now pay more for trash than I do electricity. There is a valet trash and an additional trash fee monthly. I also got another bill with more setup fees in addition to all the move in fees I already paid. In the future I expect a better explanation and understanding of ALL fees that will be incurred prior to move in. I feel taken advantage of. Also there is no refund for days when the trash valet doesn't come by, you are charged the full monthly price regardless. I was also not notified that if you have dogs, they require a DNA test for Pooprints, I was told after move in. ‐-------------------------------------------------------------- I am so happy with Shayna and the team. I was trying to find a place to rent locally from across the US, and Shayna was incredibly responsive and helpful. She really took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect unit. The team was also very professional and organized in helping me acquire all the needed documents for move in. They were even so kind to place items I received by mail the 2 days before move in, inside the unit for when I arrived. I've never had a move in go so smoothly. The whole team has been super accommodating and I'm really grateful for their help. The community is clean and quiet and it's overall been a great experience."
