"Everything seemed great at first. But they will try to unlawfully take every penny from you once you move out. I am currently in the process of disputing the claim that they have sent to a collection agency. I have never had problems from any other place I have rented. What they are doing is not only unethical, but unlawful as well in regard to Washington Tenant Laws. I moved out on January 31st, 2023. They told me an itemized letter would be sent within thirty days describing how my deposit was used if it was not returned. The date that the letter was sent by Premier Residential was May 31st 2023, which is well past the 30 days that is required by law since my move out date was January 31, 2023. The letter was sent 90 days past due. My deposit was $1,500 for the studio unit (around 300 square feet) and not only did I not receive any of that deposit back but they have tried to tell me I owe them an additional $994.81. I luckily have pictures of the state of the unit as well as the letter they sent with the time stamp if they won’t clear the charge. The letter they sent is proof of their lack of accordance with the tenant laws of Washington state on two accounts: firstly, by the lack explanation as to why my deposit was not returned to me and why I was charged an additional $994.81 (under the amount they said I owed it merely said “move out costs”); secondly, by the letter being sent 90 past way the tenant laws require."

"At first, even with the building that had yet to be repaired from fire damage, we thought this would have been a nice little starter apartment home for us. I was 9 months pregnant so moving in was exciting, and I actually had my child about a week or so into living in the apartment. After having a C-section and a newborn I was not able to work, so my husband of course was the one responsible for the rent. In an effort to repair the car which husband uses to make money to pay the rent and bills, he was told "you can't work on your car here". Okay, understood. But that car is what helps pay the rent to you Premier Residential. Having a newborn, money is always tight so we tried to have a friend at least come LOOK at the car. That being said, we could not work on the car and were evicted from here after being unable to pay the entire rent when my child was 6 MONTHS OLD. However, since my husband was the only one at the time making money, I really wish they just held only him responsible for the balance, court fees, etc. Because since that time I have been homeless and cannot get in anywhere at all. My child is now three years old. That's TWO AND A HALF YEARS not having a place especially with young child! All because my husband was "not allowed to work on his car". The icing on the cake? They (Premier Residential) had my car towed, the car I had registered with them when we moved in. So on top of being homeless we had no vehicle except fot borrowing families cars from time to time. You can see this a sob story or see it for the facts, and yes they did try to work with us, but obviously there was a point we could not work together anymore."

"I'm going to have to give them a 5 star. I have lived here for 5 yrs. I have become trusted and very trustng of the managers! They were always very understanding when needed. I always make sure I keep my word with them and be honest and they are very appreciative of that. Meaning we have a very good relationship with them. Anytime we need a work order filled, they either kept lines of communication open and shortly afterwards they were on it. I can only speak on my experience, but it also takes a good resident to have great management!!! Thank you!!!"

"The staff are very nice and they keep the grounds clean and kept. I feel it's a pretty safe place for my kids to play outside, considering you almost don't want to take your eyes off your children these days. It's well enclosed for the most part and there's better than fair parking. The maintenance staff are on top of it and if they read this I want them to know I'm grateful for their resolve on the minimal issues I've had to deal with. It's rather quieter than I expected even on the weekends. Thank you Mark Twain Apts."
