"First time living in Tacoma and we generally enjoyed staying here. I loved the gym, the lounge, and the location. Quiet and nice neighbors. However, I felt like maintenance had to come in a bit too often, and it was a bit pricey given the size of the space. Would recommend this apartment:)"

"I absolutely love living here! My fiancé and I moved in recently from across the country and the staff made the process as painless as possible. Although we haven’t lived here long, I’ve found that the move in process is usually a foreshadowing of what living there will be like. When we arrived our unit was ready, keys were already made, and everything was ready for move in. The unit is in incredible condition and looked even better than the pictures! This was especially a relief since we did not get to tour a unit in person before move in day. The facilities amenities are incredible, they have a fitness center, a free coffee station, laundry in all units, secured parking garages, rentable entertainment spaces, a rooftop garden, monthly social events, and so much more, not to mention the views from the rooftop are breathtaking! I’ve included some photos, but they definitely don’t do it justice. We are also fortunate enough to have a unit that opens up to a shared common space as part of our patio, complete with a flower garden and grill. So awesome. The area of town that the apartments are in is also one of the best neighborhoods in Tacoma. There are multiple shops and diverse restaurant options available within walking distance. There’s also a park about three blocks north, perfect for a miniature hike, and it’s also a short walk to the waterfront. The area feels very safe and is definitely family friendly. We are very excited to explore more! Now a bit of extra personalized kudos. Jaime has been a huge help and really went above and beyond. She helped us secure an apartment in advance (3 months in advance, which can be tricky in this area) and kept us in the loop as other properties became available. When we were out furniture shopping after just moving here, we called Jaime to see if she had written down the dimensions of the apartment since our floor plan doesn’t include this. She went into our unit and personally measured everything for us! We could not have asked for better service and are looking forward to living at Proctor Station during our residency year."

"Convenient to everything....banks, stores, MetMarket, library, post office, restaurants, schools. The view from the roof of ships and mountains is spectacular. What a great place to live!"
