"My husband recently did 2 landscape jobs for the owner and she has refused to pay him for completed work at the most recent one, even though she agreed to his price upfront. Her interactions with him were sarcastic, which is highly unprofessional in a business interaction. If you prefer to stay with someone who follows ethical business practices, I do not recommend that you stay with her."
