"I've tried to contact my rep multiple times. Luke Cooley. I've had issues with the App since week 1. Issues with my driver IQ app since about 4 weeks ago and no help. I've called multiple times. Emailed too. Luke cooley is my rep, never gets back. The last contact I had with him he said my account is all good and he can see it on his end, even though I can't on my app. My account was set up by two different people, April Cool and Leilani (unknown last name) over a month later Luke reached out and asked me almost the EXACT questions I had already answered and paperwork sent over to April AND Leilani. The lack of communication between your staff/reps is unprofessional at best. Your lack of response to my MULTIPLE issues with my app and my account should be known by everyone who considers using Country Financial. HELP YOUR CLIENTS."
