"What a complete cluster. Had an appointment for drop. If you can actually get into their lot and into the building, good luck finding anyone working. 10 people waiting/standing around in the service area. One person working the counter trying the hard sell for a tire. While everyone waits to check in. One other person waltzed over and started chatting up his buddy who was also waiting for service. They clearly don’t want anyone to come here for service. After shady sales, and now this at service, I’m never coming back."
"I had a manufacturer's warranty item on a 2019 expedition. The fleet team, as well as service team, did their very best to get my vehicle repaired and back to me as soon as possible. Any questions that I had regarding my existing manufacturer's powertrain warranty and how it would be impacted were answered quickly and confidently. Thank you everyone at Gresham Ford!!!"
"Bought a new vehicle here. Six months later vehicle required repairs. Two weeks for service. Unhappy with repairs as dashboard rattles were introduced. The same vehicle is in for repair now and is 7 weeks after a 2 week wait for an appointment. It is and has been parked in storage parking on site. None of the recall issues have been resolved. I want my vehicle repaired and returned to me now! What do I have to do or say to get my vehicle repaired and returned to me."
"Gresham Ford worked on a recall issue on my older Escape...and then 36 hours later an unrelated issue. Parts take a while; that's a given. They continued to stay in touch with great communication!! Thank you, All!! Especially Karl!! He really made me feel part of their family - added a personal touch to my misery. And for some of the time I was even able to use a rental vehicle!!! People need to understand that there are more vehicles needing fixed than those available. It's a timing and waiting game.
