"I came to this place off a recommendation and I wish I spent my money somewhere else! I heard Trendsetters or northwest auto is better - GO THERE! I came in for an alignment, mount/balance on beadlocks and install of new front end components and was quoted 5 thousand. A majority of the old parts were “lost” even though I was assured they would be ready for pickup when the truck was finished (they weren’t). When I got the truck only 3/4 wheels were mounted correctly and one of the beadlocks was stripped and had the inserts completely pushed out. The truck was given back dirty, paint pen marks on all the wheels and nothing was wiped down or cleaned up after install. The front end receptionist’s (guy and girl) had no resolution and would not take accountability for losing my my parts and even at one point said it was my fault! Take your builds elsewhere and get your money’s worth!"
