"I tried to go to this auto repair three weeks ago. I talked with Karen, the owner's wife, who told me that they would not even look nor touch my vehicle until it had a COVID-19 test completed on it... . I laughed. I thought they were talking about me, but no, they had to run a COVID-19 test on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan before they would even look at the mechanical problem contained therein and out of pure curiosity I asked her how much was the cost of their COVID-19 test for my Van and she said she had great news. They could test it right now. And it only costs $400, but even greater news, that they could put that cost on my invoice and I could pay for it when I picked up my vehicle in the end.. . I had to snicker and once she finished telling me her great news, II thanked her for her time, and I immediately called another auto repair shop in Gresham Oegon, that didn't find the need to put my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan through any COVID-19 test before repairs were done on it, And I have since then taken care of the mechanical problem to my 2017 Dodge. Grand Caravan and did not have to run a COVID-19 test on it at any time whatsoever. I would highly recommend staying away from AAA automotive whatever they call themselves. You Fellow Google Members have been warmed!!!!!"

They diagnosed the problem and fixed it However, it still was not working properly. When They heard I was not satisfied, they phoned me immediately and serviced the car just as quick.
