"This shop is inattentive to its and yours cirars. When I first found BUGS in cigars I bought here, I called them and said I don't want to complain. I have a lot of cigars in my humidor and own bad experience with bugs (they destroyed all cigars in my humidor), but there are much more cigars in the store. I just wanted to warn that the bugs don't spoil other cigars in the store and other customers. Manager thanked me, made a replacement. Said they will double-check and quarantine ones with bugs. That was a nice job I thought. and after 2 weeks I bought what you see on pictures. This store values neither its cigars, nor its customers' cigars, nor its reputation."
