"This was my 2nd time ordering from them on doordash. I will never order from them again. I ordered Teriyaki chicken but they didn't give me any Teriyaki sauce. Who wants dry Teriyaki chicken. The fried rice has no soy sauce on it nor did they put any in the bag. I called to let the know that they didn't put in Teriyaki sauce in my back and their response was you have say in the notes you want Teriyaki chicken. I orders Teriyaki chicken of course I want the sauce, without the sauce it's just chicken."
"I ordered online on the app and the dasher ate some of my food and it arrived cold. They reimbursed me for my money so yes this location is excellent and takes their customers very seriously. I highly recommend going into this location not ordering on the app. Thank you for your service I appreciate it."

"Uncooked brown rice. Check back with staff and said that’s how it cooked and never asked or see what was in my bowl. I have been with brown rice all the time at other locations and that’s never happened like this. Kind of disrespectful and untrained employees. Wondering if that’s from the supervisor issues, just let’s employees as what they are and do not care about product quality. And even do not care if customers can eat or not."
"The line to order was huge and the orders were long, but the workers were calm, efficient, and welcoming. I would definitely come back. I might have spent 25 minutes in line but it was worth it as they were continuously making new batches of hot fresh food. There were a total of 5 employees there and they were able to hold the fort down during the rush hour dinner peak on a Sunday evening."
