"I called them to get a quote on a transmission rebuild. He asked me my year make and model and asked me what happened. I told him what happened and then he told me that I blew my car up because I didn’t let the clutch out fully when I was shifting, and he was just extremely disrespectful over the phone. I don’t even understand how you can diagnose the transmission over the phone but yeah, I would highly recommend going somewhere else."
