"We stood there about 5 minutes with multiple employees right in front of us, but they didn't acknowledge us, and we were the only ones standing there. One employee helped us after I asked if they were open, but seemed a little lost and the other staff members were just talking to each other. My bowl was only about 3/4 full. They charged us for guac and we didn't even get any. The cook was doing fantastic though and the food was delicious."

"Haven’t had issues from reading the reviews I’m a little worried they didn’t staff properly or train enough. People are still figuring out there roles if someone is a cashier they definitely need to be excited to see people. I had it at least 3-4 times since opening no issues yet."
"Food was good, great to see another chipotle nearby. The workers there seem to still be learning and working on communication, which is fine and I’m sure it’ll become better with time. Went down one star because one of the gals served the protein portion and then handed it off to her coworker without asking about the vegetables. I had to ask her to reopen my bowl before checking out. As well as the same gal was giving small portions of meat so much so that her coworker apologized for the small portion and corrected it as she believed the portion she was serving was too small. Overall pretty good, would return:"
"Tastes like chipotle. Excited to have one nearby. Though definitely disappointed because the guac looked and tasted like a premade mix with some fresh onion thrown in, instead of the fresh avocado I've always gotten."
