"Justin, the owner does not really care about your interests and what you are looking. Sadly i had bad experience. Told me one price on phone and then when it came time to pay it was more. When contacted him he started arguing with me. Had to change agencies. Been with them for years."

He didn't bother to return any of my calls to explain the increase or to help me with a better premium. I have always had great service with Allstate, that's why I don't understand why I wouldn't get a call back. I have gotten numerous quotes and they are all right at the amount of my previous rates with Allstate before the increase. They can't seem to explain the increase to me.. I have had no tickets or accidents.."
