"The charges work most of the time, but I've had a few occasions where they were all out of order. It's nice to have the mall accessible during business hours. There's definitely not enough chargers for the amount of people who frequent this area. I often have to wait in line to charge my car"
"This station is a victim of its own success. It's perfectly located one full charge out of Seattle and one full charge from parts South of Portland, such that A Better Route Planner prioritizes it. But, that tends to mean a lot of downtime when you get there during peak time (1-4pm) as all the chargers can be full and lead to a 30-50 minute wait. I'd recommend routing to a different station until they add 2-4 more charging handles if you're expecting to get here during midday rush."
"3 of 4 charging stations were out of order. I was there shortly after 6 am and stayed long enough to get juice to make it home. There was a man trying to get the other fast-charging station to work and I wanted to share the functioning charger with him, so I left early. He was really nice. I think the charging was complimentary, but it would have been nice if the fastest station was working. Maybe do maintenance and repairs a little more frequently? "New chargers seem to work better than the old ones but it’s still far from perfect. The system wouldn’t recognize my EA account so I had to use a credit card which activated my charge without issue. Other drivers were complaining of slow charging, and the station is much busier than it used to be."
"Brand spanking new chargers, excited to try them again, WHAT??? 25KW my car will charge at 50! Takes twice as long folks. But the guy next to me in an Audi got 115KW. As I write this from a Charge Point up the road 47.9KW, quick!"
