They are a small family business that's been in town since 1958 and in their current location since 1968. Quite the feat to stay in business so long in a small town. They must be doing something right! They were recommended to me by 2 friends who say, "I don't take my vehicles anywhere else." The service thus far is solid. I got a quit quote and they explained every line item on the quote clearly. I don't see any hidden fees or questionable charges. Jim treated me like a friend already- very likable and easy going.
