"I was surprised about the limited info of service I received on my vehicle after it was serviced. Also a part wasn't in that needed to be replaced The advisor said would follow up with a phone call never received call about part. Usually I get paper work from the advisor on what was serviced on my vehicle and a report. Nothing this time. I am very disappointed because my previous experiences have all been great."

"I’m new to the area and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get my van in quickly and the repairs were also done quickly as well, especially around the holidays!! That initially earned them 5 stars!! After picking up my car (and spending $2600 in repairs), the main issues are that I brought the van home, parked it in the garage for a month while I was out of town. When I came back and drove it the first time, I noted the (new) belts/brakes were all squealing (still are, after several weeks), my emergency brake no longer worked and I know it did on drop off as I watched the tow truck driver set it when he dropped the car (I found it ironic that he’d set it on a car that didn’t drive). Also, the two slider doors weren’t working properly/opening once I picked the van up…they were already getting old, so I had asked for my customer service person to get back to me with a quote for additional info on repairs and parts which also never happened. Overall, the staff I interacted with was very polite and professional, just didn’t follow through and after spending a lot of money on repairs, it seems that while some things were addressed, others were made worse/broken!! They retained two stars because the repairs that happened and the help I did receive was great, but it should’ve been a 5 star experience overall."

"The lack of professionalism that I received durning my cars services is absurd. I dropped off my vehicle Tuesday and was told the vehicle would be back the following day. We received some light snow Tuesday night and the following day I was told tires were not going to make it in until late Wed afternoon and vehicle more than likely wouldn’t be done until Thursday first thing as it would be top priority. Thursday morning I hadn’t heard anything from dealership so I called at 9am and was informed that my service advisor was out today but he’d be back tomorrow and I’m more than welcome to call then. I informed the gal on the phone that my car has been there since Tuesday and that I need it back today because that is what I was told from Ed my service advisor. She said she would send out an email and someone would get back to me. That was 9am and 1PM came around and still no word. Called back in and was told that they can’t get an answer and once again someone will call me. Shortly there after I was called by Megan who told me that they hadn’t even mounted the tired but my vehicle should be done by tonight or possibly Friday morning, I explained to Megan that this is our family car and that the vehicle was supposed to be done by that morning and I can’t wait until Friday to get my car back, she then promised it would be done by closing. 5PM that evening I still had heard nothing back so once again I called the dealer and this time I was told that Megan went home for the day and they didn’t know anything about my vehicle. I asked the gal on the phone to please get me anyone that can get me an answer on my car. A gentlemen came to the phone and about five minutes later was able to locate paper work and told me that in fact my vehicle is done and ready. I never received one phone call from the dealer for any type of update and I had to take time out my my busy work day and call multiple times only to never get an answer. To top all of this off I got my vehicle back and it was dark so I didn’t look at much the next day my wife called me and informed me that the bottom of the window was cracked and that crack was not there when the vehicle was dropped off and you would see this by the video they take of car when dropped at center. On top of that they left a big panel completely off and just laying in the trunk. I called the next day and spoke to Tim and he pretty blamed the crack on pre existing condition and that the cold weather caused the crack…. And for the panel his tech simply and that I should be able to put back on myself. Once again very displeased with the service I just wanted to to be all over and said ok. My wife hit something driving down the highway and it had blown out the rims pretty good so durning that visit we purchased a new rim and they were supposed to replace the damaged one, I noticed two days later that the damaged rim was never even replaced. I then called Tim back explained my findings and he found the paper work and told me that the tech put in the notes there was another rim that was even more damaged so the tech chose that rim to replace instead. Tim said it’s all in your paperwork that all I had to do was read the report because it’s all in there. I informed Tim that they should have called me and told me their findings and asked the customer what they wanted and not made the decision for me as I would have purchased another rim and replaced both. The unprofessionalism that I received is completely shocking and I will never come back here and I plan on posting reviews on all platforms and informing all friends and family to stay away,"

"The service was completed so I'll give 2 stars for that but even with an appointment it took over 2 hours for my 20k service which I know is just an oil change, rotate and a quick check of everything else. When I dropped my car off at 10 a.m. I asked the estimated wait and told them I had somewhere to be by 2 pm. They said no worries and I left to run some errands. When I got back at noon to pick up my car it still wasn't done. I was told it would be only about 10 more minutes. It was 30. I question whether it was even started when I came back at noon to pick it up. When I finally got my paperwork back I see that the promised time was 5 pm."
