"I've had both good experiences and bad ones here. I think it depends partly on which person assists you. Some of the employees seem helpful and willing to answer questions, and others are not. Unfortunately, most recently, I was made to feel like a burden when I tried to ask questions about a tire warranty. (I didn't understand why my tires weren't covered, and trying to get answers was very difficult. I just gave up and paid for new tires, despite my old tires being at only half their expected lifespan.) I feel that warranty info should be straightforward. More importantly, I also feel that customers should be allowed to ask questions, in order to understand better, without being treated rudely. While in the past I have recommended T&T Tire to family and friends, I likely will not come here again. (P.s. I've seen the owner reply to some reviews, stating that he can't find a customer in his system and questioning whether they were indeed customers. This is my maiden name, so he will not find me in the system under this name. But yes, I am a customer and have the receipts to show it.)"

"Horrible place to try to do business with. Was told it would be about a 2 hr wait so I made an appointment for 2 hrs later. Went and did errands was back 1/2 hr early, over the next hr I watched them put three vehicles of people who were walk ins in the shop while mine was still outside. They may have good prices and if you have unlimited time by all means go there. I myself will never go back to them for anything."
