24/7 Gourmet Pizza

"Ordered via UberEats because it was one of the few pizza places that was accepting orders. The super supreme pizza tasted quite bland and I found at strands of short hair in at least three slices. I don't have short black hair so I know it wasn't mine. And I know it wasn't the Uber Eats driver's hair because it was embedded in the cheese and I also found it in the crust. I'll avoid ordering from this place moving forward. Not worth the money."

"The restaurant lied about the delivery that never showed up. I ordered through Grubhub, the food was an hour and a half late, I called the restaurant to ask what was going on, the guy said that the delivery driver would be at our house any minute… 45 minutes later we called Grubhub, and Grubhub called the restaurant, and then the same guy lied again to the Grubhub employee, saying now that the delivery driver had car problems. Wish I would have looked at the reviews first to see how commonly they deliver nothing but bad service. Terrible."

"READ BEFORE ORDERING!!! I genuinely don’t know how people aren’t getting sick from this place. Their food safety Rating is “Needs To Improve”. You can read about the violations they’ve gotten that made their grade the lowest it can be but it’s not pretty. Not only that but it appears they haven’t cleaned the kitchen in years. I took a picture of their grill where they have their dirty pots and pans just sitting there. I don’t understand what keeps this place in business."

"Paid $50 for a pizza and breadsticks I never got. My order was quoted for one hour when purchased. They immediately changed it after payment to almost 2.5 hrs. Then told me 30 min later a driver was on the way. No tracking availability. Refused to answer the phone after 2 hrs of waiting. Will literally never purchase again, will make sure to tell everyone I know to never support this place. Update: he showed up with my food 3hrs late. Refused to take it back after I already cancelled, he seemed belligerently drunk. Then tried to ask me to pay cash for the fees. That I already paid for.. The drink I ordered was sent tied in a plastic bag in a pint container.. I’m legitimately concerned that people order this… I didn’t have high expectations ordering at 1:30am but this is legitimately how you make people sick.."

"Oh man, I can’t even describe how awful this order was. Got it from Uber eats. Sandwich is completely burnt. The “chicken bites” are legit just cut up pieces of uncooked chicken. And the ‘garlic bread’ is burnt bread with cut up pieces of garlic cloves. Threw it all away."
