"I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. The sales people are nice, efficient, and know the vehicles well. The rest of the organization is lacking, especially customer service. Expect to pay listed prices, no negotiation here. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for help at parts. Expect to pay 2-3 times other shop rates to have service or maintenance done. Expect your temporary tags to expire before you have to go back and try to find your plates. Expect follow up calls and emails to go unanswered. We were so unimpressed and frustrated after my purchase, my wife purchased her new vehicle elsewhere."

The service locally made me never to want to buy a new car, however, Flood and the team made me have hope in dealerships again. Flood and the finance team explained everything clearly, concisely, and did not try to sneak in extra packages. Everything was laid out and walked away with a new car in less than 4 hours (which I would consider stellar after dealing with other places). Everyone is very kind, considerate, and they truly want the best for their customers. If you’re looking to buy a car I’d suggest coming down here, I drove 3 hours and they made it worth it."
