"I took my new 2024 Tucson Hybrid in as the factory installed rear bumper applique was peeling up on the edges. I called and made an appointment explaining exactly what was wrong. I didn't realize that they would not be able to take care of it during my appointment and that I would have to make another trip to the dealership once the part arrived. It was disappointing as I live 20 miles away. I removed one star because of that. My service advisor Landon, was great and I have no complaints about him."

"Overall good but they recommended my cabin filter to be changed and I changed 2 weeks ago. They also recommended my back breaks and had 2 other mechanics look and no need for them yet. Also when I bought my car last October I had plates this year I hadn't received my renewal for registration found out that dealership was suppose to switch out my plates.. Tyson gave me a temp plate in November and I still have not received my plates I mentioned it to Landon and he said he would have someone call me and I have not received a call. My temp plate expires in 14 days. It now has been 4 days and no call back in regards to my plates. My temp plates expire in 11 days, this was issue when I bought the car the plates not being switched over and then when I was expecting to renew my registration found out it had not been done. So in November I was issued temp plates by dealership and still waiting. When I came in for service on Thursday I asked for a call and still no call."
