"DISHONEST AUTO is more like it! Don't even bother with these jokers. I brought my car in because I was having trouble with my starter. They kept my car for 2 days and called to tell me that it hadn't given them a problem and there wasn't anything else they could do. I went to pick it up and they charged me 187.00 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! I was a regular customer and have spent countless dollars with these guys but wow what a ridiculous bill....170.00 for a "ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS" as well as 11.00 for shop supplies plus a 6.00 hazardous materials charge. WHAT THE HELL??? FOR FINDING NOTHING WRONG??? I would have understood a fee for keeping my car overnight or having to pay a mechanic to go turn the engine over a couple of times but I had just had a 21 point inspection with them which and so I didn't think I was going to be charged almost 200.00 and leave with the problem unsolved. What a total scam. I won't ever recommend them or take my cars back again. Absolutely terrible business ethics and practices."

"Great overall service. Great team when I came in on Thursday. Very nice bathroom, lounge area, and they offer you something to drink while you wait for your vehicle. Oil change took an acceptable hour to do and that's including the inspection, fluids being topped, and tire rotation."
