"I like jimmy John's. I like that they deliver. What I don't like is that for whatever reason, this location takes 2 hours to make a sandwich and deliver food....I only ordered 1 sandwich for myself to be delivered to my home 10 minutes away...I understand being short staffed and busy..but I had places to be and ended up waiting 2 hours to get my food...the delivery girl was nice enough to apologize that my drink also didn't have ice (which I don't care about) but I got no notice it would take 2 hours to receive a sandwich...wish there was communication at least if it was going to take that long. I would have understood an hour...but two? Nahhhhh Update:I tried to get delivery from Jimmy John's (same store location/same apartment location) and SUDDENLY they don't deliver to my address....."
