"Elena is an absolute goddess!! The Cap is pretty much one of the chillers bars in clatsop county! The shot is a gummy bear and it's amazing! The drink is a huckleberry Moscow mule! So dang good! She has yummy food and a pool table. It's one of the most underrated bars in Astoria! If you want to come in and find a place that feels like home this is it! Its light and welcoming and not dingy or shady! Plus the drink prices are unbeatable"
