"I first went here as pretty much the only lunch option during an elimination diet, and have since gone back 3 times! The breakfast sandwich is absolutely delicious, and all three of the squeezed juices are fantastic. The lady running it is super sweet and patient with questions too! I definitely recommend this place!"

"We were gifted a gift card and finally got over there to try everything out -- wow!! LOVED the sandwich with the almond roll, crave-able for sure. Also had the soup, broccoli salad, a chicken salad wrap(?) and the green juice. Everything was great and the owner was super nice!"

"It’s so nice to find healthy little cafes like this. I absolutely love stopping when I come to town to get butternut squash mash. It’s so yummy! Also, Kendall is the sweetest. She is one of those women that you know is beautiful inside and out and you just want to be friends with and hang out with. She even came out and loved on my pups and gave them a treat. I’ve tried a few of their menu items and have loved it all. With so many food allergies and intolerances it’s so nice to find a place where I don’t have to worry that if I eat it I will feel lousy later. I always feel full and happy!"

"I absolutely adore this little Cafe!! They had an incredible variety of allergy-friendly/diet-friendly food that was absolutely delicious. My mom has celiac and they had an astonishing number of options for her! The cake and icing were dense but bursting with amazing flavor. We tried a vanilla cake with almond flour, cream cheese icing, and strawberries in the middle. Surprisingly, it was also sugar-free and keto-friendly, although I couldn't even tell! The place itself is beautifully decorated and has a whimsical atmosphere. It's filled with plants, funky designs, and unique collectibles. They even have a skeleton mermaid hanging from the ceiling with vines wrapped around it. The lady there was so friendly and kind she really helped with the feel. It's definitely a must-visit spot we stumbled upon in Astoria!"

"Great place to get lunch great food and great portions. - the owner is very friendly and helpful. There were two of us and we started by splitting a bowl of the bacon cauliflower chowder - get it you will not regret it. Rich creamy with a wonderful flavor. I had the breakfast sandwich which was massive, crispy thick sliced bacon with egg cheddar arugula on a house made almond flour biscuit it was fantastic. Wife had the Mediterranean chicken wrap which was also very good. We actually both took half of our sandwiches back to the hotel. The coffee and tea were ok, but the soup and sandwiches were the stars here. I would go back. Price for 2 was $29.00"
