"Ordered the Beyond Excited! And I actually was beyond excited after taking the first bite. The veggies were very crispy and fresh. Salmon was the perfect texture. The seaweed wasn't soggy like some places I've been, nor was the burroto itself. Highly recommend, and will be back to try other burritos. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly as well, and order was ready in about 5 minutes."
"It can be a little heavy on filler ingredients where I feel like I'm paying a lot for fancy cucumber. But other than that, it is very good and it's always been very friendly."
"Spam musubi is so good here, the people are always so nice here. I’ve lived within walking distance for a few years now. There was one night that I was having really bad burnout, and all I wanted was the spam musubi. Unfortunately when I got there, I was told they didn’t have any more, I just got a Coke and left. I think the guy running the truck that day saw that it made me a little sad and while I was trying to find something else to eat, he brought out a version of what I was hoping for to take home. This warmed my heart and made me so happy, this is why I also continue to come back to them."
"We appreciated the vegan options! We had the very vegan burrito, the tofu musubi, and the lotus chips. It was more than enough food for two people. Our favorite item was the musubi; the textures and flavors were really nice with the chewy nori and rice and the crispy tempura breading on the tofu. The burrito and lotus chips were good, but I'd try the tempura burrito next time."
"I am now addicted. Sushi burritos - genius. The Beyond Excited was fresh and delicious. My daughter raved about the tempura veggie. We will be back and stay and eat in the cute food pod area. So happy we found this gem."
