"This restaurant is a little far but worth the trip. You will travel thru the most wonderful countryside to work up an appetite. Trust me, you will need it. The food was to die for but get there early because they might run out of food."

"We always had dinner here when visiting a few times per year, but sadly this is our third time in a row getting dry rack of ribs - all post covid. Quality has gone down significantly since covid. Additionally, lately seems like every time there are new employees being trained and orders don't come out as ordered. Sad to say but this was our last time coming back due to quality."

"Cute small town BBQ restaurant located on the base of Mt. Hood. Located in the “fruit loop” zone with lots of fruit trees surrounding the town. We had the prime rib open face sandwich - juicy and delicious! - as well as the smoked grilled chicken and swiss sandwich - tender and flavorful! Sides included pear coleslaw, cornbread, and garlic Parmesan fries! Yummy! Finally both the huckleberry cider and lemonade were delicious and tart! The servers were extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended this location!"

"It was okay. I read a lot of reviews saying "Best pulled pork ever!" Etc, but it was just okay. It was definitely drier than I'd like and the cornbreads were similarly dry. Maybe it was an off day. The place was filled with flies as well which we had enough of this weekend camping only to find our eating joint filled with them too. Sigh. Being one of two places to eat in town you might consider checking in on your customers and making sure you don't lose people to the other place. Overall, it was a pretty good experience and if I happened to be in the area, I'd give it another go in hopes of improvement."

"We decided to stop after seeing their ad on the back of the fruit loop brochure. Walking up, it smelled delicious. It was a big hit for the whole family. My husband and 10-year-old shared the pulled pork plate with baked Mac and cheese and cider baked beans (definitely more than enough to share). I had the pulled pork sandwich and my 12-year-old had the grilled chicken sandwich. We all loved our food and will definitely go back if we visit this area again."
