"The lady serving us was in a really bad mood, she rolled her eyes at me when I told her i would use the bathroom first. She had a grumpy face the whole time she made our sub. They were out of lettuce, spinach so told us very abruptly, « we’re out ». She was super fast, so one star for that, but felt like she did not want us there, yuk !"
"This place is always having issues. Management take such poor care of this subway, every time something is wrong. Tonight their fridge is broken, usually they just don’t have 50% of their food. It’s always understaffed, usually one employee working the whole building which is just dangerous if they get hurt. Management needs to step up and do better, until then, we’re not going here anymore."
"There is one young female staff member basically carrying this entire place otherwise generally out of many items. 50/50 chance you are going to get what you came in for. Bread served is often day or days old or not available at all, thats right, they cant make the bread. By far the worst run subway I've ever stepped into. Give that one girl a raise"
"Sept 10th at around noon lunch rush, the woman working was by herself with a full restaurant and did a great job under pressure. She deserves a raise, and management needs to be better about staffing. If I was her Id want double pay. Sunday lunch rush by yourself is tough and not sustainable. Again, sandwich was great, employee was kind and fast, but management needs to do better and also give this stellar employee a bonus or something"
"Young gall working their was nice but my complaint is to subway that they haven’t remodeled this place yet. Ceilings were yellow and can tell that there was a problem with the drywall, the counter were the food is ,it’s always open even when people aren’t taking orders. As I was sitting eating I saw flys crawling all over the vegetables and meat that grossed me out. No wonder I had a stomachache after. All other subway places I been to they had covers for the produce but I can tell since this place is far out of the way it’s not cared about."
