Fridge was running a little warm, stove burning weak and, finally, the generator wouldn't start. We called Bill and left a message. "My wife and I own a 23 foot coach that these days we use only for one big trip each year. We go to camp in the redwoods in northern California, and then visit friends in the area. We had made all our reservations before I de-winterized our camper a week ago, and we were really shocked to find that we had two water system issues that would nix our planned trip. Given that we live far out in the country and that the RV site we have used in the past has a long backlog for repairs, we thought we’d have to cancel our trip. Luckily I looked around on Google and found a site called “Bill’s Mobile RV Repair,” which I then called, but not really expecting to find a solution in time for our trip. Within an hour he had diagnosed both of the issues we were having, and started to work fixing them. Two hours later and we were ‘good to go!’ Let me emphasize that these were not simple, run of the mill problems, but with his many years’ experience Bill was able to figure them out and fix them on the same visit. At age 75 I have had many, many experiences with various auto and RV dealers on repairs needed, but I have NEVER been happier or more satisfied with the repair service than what I received from Bill’s Mobile RV Repair. It saved me not only a lot of money, but equally important it did not require two days of our lives from my wife and me to shuttle our RV back and forth 100 miles and leave it at the RV dealer for a day or more. So for my money Bill gets 5 stars!!!"

"Bill was amazing! He responded to my voicemail right away. My Thule awning would not retract so I could not go anywhere. He looked up some possible fixes the night I called and then established that he’d have to look at it further at 8am in the morning. He was there in time and knew exactly what to look at and do. He was able to manually retract my awning and diagnose the fixes needed. If it weren’t for him, I’d be stuck in the same spot. I highly recommend his services!!!!"
