"Nothing was stocked, no scrapbook section."
"I should have taken pictures. I'm from out of town! Worst Joanne's I have ever been in. No one smiles, fabric bolts on the shelf were not properly set on the shelf. They were sticking up! The fabric department was a mess. Yes, they were offloading freight but it could be done in an orderly manner (I have experience), obviously the customers are an inconvience. Oh, by the way...the Manager was there! Your store and your crew are only as good as your MANAGER!"

"I'll never again go to this Joann fabric ever again I simply asked if I could use there restroom while I was shopping the far more polite girl informed me the bathroom was in the process of being cleaned and that if I needed to go to the bathroom they could hold onto my cart at the front desk. I went to the front desk to drop my cart off and run to go potty and back the other girl proceed to give me a bad attitude and informed me that she has far too many things to do then to babysit my cart and also informed me that me leaving my cart there made more work for her and threw her arms up into the air"
