"The employees working on 5pm shift need to find another job. While standing there talking to each other me and my family of 5 tried to be patient to take our order but when it was clear standing around was more important we left. Bathrooms disgusting I refused to allow my son to use it. Probably bout time to revise something’s who ever owns this terrible excuse for a jack in the box."

"Each time I have to go see one of our commercial clients out in the gorge I stop here for my favorite Ultimate breakfast sandwich. This is the only Jack ever to serve the sourdough breaded sandwich dry grilled.. I can eat and drive without coating the wheel without gobbs of butter n oil on my hands!!"

"I'm updating my information on this Jack in the box. It was a good place 4 years ago now. All they do is tell you nothing works. They can't give you this. They never have anything on the menu. The ice cream machine always broke. The staff is rude so rude the women. There are so rude. I ask for district manager's number and still have not found it."

"My family and drove up to the drive thru and we were barely rolling down our window when we heard someone on the speaker say something. We assumed she was taking our order, so we started to order and then this girl just flat out yells at us through the the speaker and says "I said to wait" with such a rude tone! We were stunned. Like I'm sorry if we didn't hear the first time but that is no need to be rude. I work with customers all the time and I've never asked people like that in that tone or those words for them to be patient. We decided to go straight to the window and ask the girl why she was just plain rude and she still had attitude. When we asked for a manager or anyone else she played dumb. Finally someone else came to help us and he even gave us the mangers number to complain. He was really helpful and nice compared to the first person that helped us out. But because of that person's bad service we decided to skip location for now."

"Absolutely worst Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been to! My drink was half full with no straw, I asked for a medium fry and the lady gave me a small. She asked what kind of sauce we wanted, gave us everything we did not ask for. Drive thru lady was not nice, Neither was the other lady who gave me my straw after I went in. She was going to give it to the other couple, because she wasn’t paying attention. The tacos we ordered are super cold and the cheese is stiff. My extreme sausage sandwich only has one and a half sausage patties. Never will I go to this location!"
