"I don’t even want to give this one star. We walked in after a long day at the hospital, and the employee behind the counter was making a sandwich so slow that I thought he was a sloth. We ended up walking out because there was a second sandwich to be made by the couple that was there in front of us, I’ve never witnessed this before an Any other subway."

"Lady at the counter was very helpful my sandwich is made exactly the way I liked it also was my wife's sandwich great customer service great sandwich skills the only thing that kind of I wasn't too keen on was the fact that she was the only one working I've been to other subways not sure if this was just the manager but I really think that corporate should should have more than one person holding down the store it was quite busy she was very professional I felt for her being under that kind of pressure Plus most of the customers that were behind me were very patient and that but as far as that location between I would say midday and dinner time the corporation needs to make sure that they get qualified people in there to help just one person just not fair for the employee but this food was great atmosphere is great the shop was very clean that's all I got to say about that"

"Every single time I've been there, I had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes for service while the single employee got his drink and took his sweet time. This last time, the employee told my wife they didn't have gluten free bread. Subway does usually carry gluten free bread options though. They need more employees at the store to reduce ridiculous wait times, better stock, and better training for their employees. This place is awful and I cannot recommend it for anyone."

"Ordered through Grub Hub for a pickup and honestly it was not a great experience. I walked in and was alone for 5 minutes, then at pick up time the guy with dark hair and glasses had just started making it. The only word he said to me was “making it” and nothing else during the entire trip. Definitely not a great experience. I know it gets busy but it was dead silent in there and I work customer service so I try to be as nice and get my feelings and thoughts across without making it personal but this was so unpleasant."

"This was by far the worst subway experience I've ever had in my life. The guy working last night made it more than abundantly clear to me just how much he didn't want to make my sandwich for me at 8:56 p.m. I get that you close in 4 minutes but it's not like it's a sit-down restaurant and now you have to stay a whole another hour while I sit and have a meal. Is there some Unwritten rule somewhere that says a customer can't walk in 5 minutes before you close and ask for a sandwich and leave it's not like I asked you to fire up the grill and start frying up some food for me. Not to mention I've eaten a lot of Subway sandwiches and I feel like he just made it taste awful. On top of that somebody else walked in 3 minutes after me and he straight up told him know that he wouldn't make him a sandwich. This guy is not a team player he does not care about his job he's not trying to make money most definitely not somebody I would want to have working for me and most definitely not someone that I would want to be working with. If you wanted to make for absolute sure that I would never come back to that Subway location again you did it bro you most definitely did you accomplished it. I I'm not willing to give my hard-earned money to a business that employs a jerk like that I literally left that Subway location feeling bad that I'd even gone in there in the first place."
