"Wow! Hidden gem! Everyone who eats here becomes a regular. Don’t be put off by the location or expect a kfc. Servings are plenty for 2 people or multiple meals. If you have a plain food loving kid or adult the popcorn chicken is a great fit while the person who adores flavor can get their butt pleasantly kicked by the sweet jalapeño wings. They also have the unique corn dogs. I only gave it 4 stars in atmosphere because my chonky butt doesn’t fit comfy in the chairs. This place being so yummy is not going to help that situation lol Best as a carry out place. Chef is the sweetest hearted person and I really hope this place succeeds because it’s amazing."

"This place is the real deal, perfect Katsu Chicken and as someone who loves spice the spicy popcorn chicken is out of this world - for those that don’t like spice definitely order light spice. Took it to go and it held its crisp until getting home, they do it right. The boxes have room to breathe so the crisp chicken doesn’t steam and get soft. The portions are enough in each chicken item ($15-$16 ea.) for two people. I’m talking about amazing leftovers for work tomorrow! You can tell they take care in making the food, and it shows in the flavor, texture, and packaging. Glad to have a new go-to neighborhood spot. Will be back soon!!!"

"Tried out Sweet Home Chicken for the first time today and it was excellent!! We got the sweet soy lemon chicken meal and the potato sausage corn dog and would definitely get both again. The potato corn dog has sugar on the outside which is very tasty. The lemon chicken was perfect as was the rice and pickled radish. The service was great and the food was served very quickly. We're excited to have them in the neighborhood and will definitely be back to try more of their menu."

"I can't find enough good words to describe the fried chicken here. Some coworkers and I had a hankering for fried chicken and this place delivered. It's small but cozy and the food was so cheap for how good it was. The owner was beyond polite and we plan on coming back to explore the menu more."

"Absolutely amazing! The food was a decent portion - enough for 3 people. My friends and I got 2 of the popcorn chicken meal, one sweet spicy hot and the other lemon soy chicken. Both were amazing and the flavors hit just right!! The sweet spicy had a little kick while the lemon soy wasn’t too salty either. The popcorn chicken was still crispy after a couple of hours! 10/10 would definitely come again :))"
