"This time I got a great deal on the stuff that I wanted I actually like shopping it Aaron's. Quick customer service. They deliver and I don't have to worry about my credit. Plus they got quality furniture. And I can stretch my payments out as long as I need to. But the last time I got a great deal on furniture that will look brand new. But I guess it was used. But you couldn't tell. And they didn't lie to me. Gave me a huge discount"

"Prices aren't too bad and service was wonderful. the Gresham location is the best in Oregon. It has the most clean environment, I used to live by the 162nd location and they had a hard time keeping bugs out of the store due to bringing used merchandise back in the store without complete inspection."

"Really high price that they take over the cost of the equipment, then avoids you and avoids putting in the work that the cost you pay should warrant when it is time to move. They could and should charge around half the mark up in the interest installments for the amount of effort they put into the customer experience. I thought paying their premium would result in good customer service when it came time to move. Was wrong. No longer dealing with them directly, just having payments mailed via check from online banking, I recommend this because interacting with them is quite unsatisfying. Sorry, I wanted the experience to measure up to what they charge. It just doesn't."

"They don't stick to payment plans. I had my account set so it would automatically come out after I got paid so there would be no problems. They choose not to take it out when they were to and start calling all my references I've called in to the store and no one has asked my to update my info. I will not ever do business with Aarons anymore!!"

"This location and staff are the worst. I have bought things from this company in Vancoucer before and never had the kind of problems I have had with this location and this staff. I will never do business with this company again because of this experience. I also have reported this location to the BBB. I have made payment arrangements with them when I know I won't be able to pay on the 1st and they still call every day and ask for a payment, they also call other people even when there is an arrangement. I asked to speak to a manager and as soon as I told her my problem she transferred me to another employee that was not management and that girl wouldn't let me speak with the manager. She had an awful attitude and told me if I would pay my bill on the first this wouldn't happen. She even confirmed that we had called to let them know they would receive payment on pay day and still argued with me. Horrible place and horrible staff. We have never been a month late on payments only a week maybe 2 and we still get treated like crap with them. I 100% will never give them my business again."
