"Absolutely loved it here! If I lived in Portland I would be visiting at least once a week. It has the calmest lay back atmosphere. The food is good and comes out quick. The bartender was the sweetest, kindest one that we have ever met. If you are looking to chill, maybe play some pool and eat something, this is the place to go."
"Ordered a hot tea and a breakfast sandwich. Refill for tea... extra bag full charge and when I had to request more hot water I was given attitude. The breakfasy sandwich arrived with the flattest egg ever. The sandwich was so small that I tried ordering fruit..which they do not carry and got hashbrowns to help with needed calories. Constantly had to ask for coffee for my friends when the place had empty tables and lots of staff milling around. I do not recommend this place at all. Sorry but I won't be back. If a coffee stand has better and thicker breakfast sandwichs at a better price I'll gladly go there!!"

"Tom's is a great bar! It's that neighborhood dive bar you go to with all your friends! Food is pretty good (American Cafe style) and FULL bar, bar games and lotto of course! If you want to go Somewhere you can count on being the same as the last time you went (I don't know about you but I like that) Tom's is the place!"
"Good spot for some standard diner cuisine. Food was super tasty and prices were reasonable. 4 stars because service was horrible - took 25 min just to get a beverage."
