"I love these guys. Last year my freezer stopped and I started to panic with other businesses giving me lead times of 3 weeks or more for a repair. I called Andy’s and described the situation and his tentative response was to ask if noon that day was Ok (I think I fell off my chair). I recently had another (dryer) appliance fail and they arrived early AM the next day with the part in hand. I personally like to support local businesses but when I find a business that provides exceptional service, quick response times, personal service and one knowledgeable enough to do the job right the first time, I consider them to be a true gem. "Bought a fridge let it run for 3 days to make sure it worked. Put $500 in groceries in it. Woke up to fridge having power and everything inside room temp. They won’t pick up the phone. I figured I would be stuck with the cost of the lost food because of the none functioning appliance I bought from you 3 days ago. Save yourself the troubles of dealing with a slime ball business and buy somewhere else. His problem is now mine and he has zero problem with financially screwing over a family."
